Physician-Led Care, Built Around You
Broadview Psychiatry was founded on a simple premise: people deserve psychiatric care that takes time, listens carefully, and treats the whole person — not just symptoms.
Our Philosophy
What Makes Us Different
No Rushed Visits
We schedule time to listen — not just to prescribe.
Collaborative Treatment
Patients participate in every decision about their care.
No Mid-Level Shortcuts
Our providers are M.D. psychiatrists with 9+ years of training each.
Transparent Communication
We explain everything in plain language. No jargon.

Dr. Andrew Wong, M.D.

He obtained his Bachelor of Medical Sciences, Honors Specialization in Physiology from the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario, Canada. He then pursued medicine at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. He stayed in motor city for adult psychiatry residency at the Henry Ford Hospital/Wayne State University program where he served as associate chief resident. Dr. Wong subspecialized in child and adolescent psychiatry through a fellowship locally at University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School/Dell Children's Medical Center. He was involved in various research and quality improvement programs throughout medical training.
"I enjoy working closely and collaborating with patients, families, primary care physicians, therapists, and other specialists to develop a personalized treatment plan suitable for the individual. I believe diagnosis and treatment emerge from careful conversation, longitudinal understanding, and clinical judgment — not checklists alone. I don't push medications, everything begins with a conversation, and we work to reach some possible solutions together. Treatment is dynamic and I will help at every step."
Dr. Monique Mun, M.D.
Double Board-Certified PsychiatristDr. Monique Mun, M.D. is a double board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelors of Science from The University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) where she studied psychobiology and developmental psychology. She traded sunny Californian days for winters in the Midwest and moved to Michigan to attend medical school at Wayne State University School of Medicine. She stayed in Michigan to complete her general (adult) psychiatry training at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. After several grueling winters, she decided to move closer to family and drove down south to Austin, Texas to pursue a child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at The University of Texas at Austin/Dell Medical School.
"Welcome! I provide diagnostic assessment and medication treatment for psychiatric disorders for children, teens, and young adults up to 24 years old. My mantra is that no two patients are alike and treatment is not one-size-fits-all. When it comes to creating an individual treatment plan for each person, I take an evidence-based approach that also considers one's lifestyle, medical history, sleep, nutrition, social wellbeing, and cultural factors. I also assess your personal goals and how psychiatric treatment can assist in achieving those goals. Whether it's your first time receiving any mental health care, or you're continuing your mental health journey, I will work with you along the way."
